When did you start using CrossFit as an exercise program? In December 2008
What does CrossFit mean to you? Crossfit is the best way to get and stay fit, especially someone who misses the team atmosphere from high school and/or college sports.
What is your ‘Why’?
I personally enjoy coaching because it’s an easier way for me to connect to people, which I don’t normally do well. I also love to see athletes get that “Aha” moment after struggling with something that I help them out with. The little things like that is probably the primary reason why.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Max Kane? I’ve been a member of two different Crossfit gyms and the programming and atmosphere are far superior than anything I’ve done and been a part of.
What are your favorite CrossFit related activities? I love anything with the bar. Whether it’s a pullup BAR or a BARbell.
What is your favorite cheat meal? I love spaghetti and meat sauce as a cheat meal.
Tell us 1 more thing about you. I spent nearly 10 years in the Marine Corps and now work as an EMT.
What certifications do you currently hold? CrossFit Level 1, Movement & Mobility, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, CPR/AED/First Aid, and EMT-Intermediate
