Strength & Stretch is a unique program that, similarly to our Quick Fit classes, is intended to be a convenient way to get your workout in when you have too busy a schedule to complete a longer class.
In this class, you will be warming up, lifting weights, and stretching to finish. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7 AM.
Three classes per week is $99/ month. If you wish, we provide you the option to combine Quick Fit and Strength & Stretch classes for $169/ month.
The difference between Quick Fit and Strength & Stretch is simple. While Quick Fit incorporates a higher focus on interval training and rigorous transitioning- as in a boot camp setting- Strength & Stretch uses reps as its primary mode of progression, and it also involves stretching to complete the workout.
