CrossFit Kids: In a group setting, and under the supervision of a certified CrossFit Kids trainer, children (ages 5-12) will learn elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, body-weight movements, running, jump roping, and more
Max Kane Barbell (Olympic Weightlifting): A general weightlifting program for athletes of all ages, coach by experienced National Level coaches
Personal Training: If you’re looking for unmatched progress and results, whether it for weight loss, improved stamina, strength gains, or sport specific skills, personal training can work for you. By working one-on-one with a trainer, you will have the opportunity to get into the best shape of your life. We offer extremely flexible scheduling for sessions and will work to make them work for you.
CrossFit 101: The CrossFit 101 program is designed to expose the newest members of our community to the movements and methodology of CrossFit, in a small-group setting. Our 101 coaches will provide intensive instruction and progressive introduction to the movements and intensity levels that are inherent to the sport of CrossFit. By the end of the 101 program, new members will have the foundation of basic movements and conditioning to allow for participation in any of our CrossFit classes at Max Kane Health & Fitness.
