About Youth Fitness
CrossFit Kids is a method of teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy — pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, flipping, rolling, lifting, and jumping, CrossFit Kids provides a fitness program for children and adolescents that is safe, FUN, and energetic.
We meet every Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday afternoon from 5:00-5:45pm.
What We Do
At Max Kane Health & Fitness, our Max Kane Kids & Teens program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to help children (ages 5-15) develop in multiple areas of physical fitness. In a group setting, and under the supervision of a certified CrossFit Kids trainer, children will learn elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, body-weight movements, running, jump roping, and more.
Our goal at Max Kane Health & Fitness is to help children (aged 5-15) become the best possible version of themselves. In addition to learning new skills, children in our program will learn to make better food choices, gain a greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, become more focused in school, transition to new sports more easily, and reduce their risk of sports-related injury.

His two teenaged daughters, have also taken up the sport and shown great improvements.
