What We Offer

1-on-1 Consultations

We will sit down to discuss what you want from your pregnancy and labor OR postpartum.  We will decide if you want to personal training or group training.  We are here to help you through your journey through pregnancy to feel empowered and knowledgable about your options when it comes to fitness and exercise.

Birth Prep

We have a well rounded programming at our gym along with knowledge of appropriate scales and modifications for all movements during your pregnancy to childbirth.  Our program will help you be physically ready for labor and childbirth.  We will set up monthly check in’s throughout your journey through pregnancy.

Core Recovery

When it comes to postpartum, we want to help rebuild your core correctly so that you come back stronger than you thought was possible.  Slow is fast!  Pelvic floor dysfunctions, like incontinence, may be common for many, they should not be accepted as the new normal after childbirth.

As a Certified BIRTHFIT Coach, I have taken the BIRTHFIT Coach Seminar and have been approved after an application process.  I have gained the knowledge to train and program for prenatal and postpartum fitness.  I have gone through one pregnancy that ended in the loss of our first son.  Now I am currently navigating postpartum myself and a second pregnancy, so I have firsthand knowledge as well.  I am a huge believer in the BIRTHFIT movement and the four pillars; fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection.  I am so excited to bring this knowledge to you.
