We will sit down to discuss what you want from your pregnancy and labor OR postpartum. We will decide if you want to personal training or group training. We are here to help you through your journey through pregnancy to feel empowered and knowledgable about your options when it comes to fitness and exercise.
What We Offer
We have a well rounded programming at our gym along with knowledge of appropriate scales and modifications for all movements during your pregnancy to childbirth. Our program will help you be physically ready for labor and childbirth. We will set up monthly check in’s throughout your journey through pregnancy.
When it comes to postpartum, we want to help rebuild your core correctly so that you come back stronger than you thought was possible. Slow is fast! Pelvic floor dysfunctions, like incontinence, may be common for many, they should not be accepted as the new normal after childbirth.

I have also navigated postpartum along with a second pregnancy soon after my first. With my firsthand knowledge of all pregnancy, baby loss, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum, I believe I can truly connect and help you through your motherhood transition, wherever that might be. I am so excited to bring this knowledge to you.
