What’s the Hardest Part of Getting Fit?
The key to progress in every endeavour you wish to succeed is consistency. This is typically the hardest part of moving from a sedentary life to a life of fitness. Showing up everyday even when you do not feel like it, rain, shine, birthday or holiday, you have to show up to get the results you desire. Your current existence is the sum of all things you are doing consistently. If you want to get fit, you must consistently follow the healthy habits your Coach is impressing upon you. Love yourself more than the 6 pack of beer, bottle of wine or extra piece of cake.
