Can you do CrossFit or Group Fitness if you’re overweight?

Many people feel like they need to lose weight before starting a fitness program. That is like saying I need to eat before going out to dinner. It is redundant. Group Coaching Programs are typically designed to help people of any shape, size or fitness ability accomplish their goals. This is done by developing a Coach to Client relationship where goals are shared and obstacles overcome. A group program can be customized to each participant by an experienced Coach to ensure the daily workout contributes to goal accomplishment. In short, if your goal is to lose weight do not wait and fight that battle alone. Find a Coaching team that can bridge the gap between where you are currently and where you want to be. Then just show up and the Coaches lead you down the most direct path possible.
