What a great quote, so my question would be what are you doing to prepare?
How do you set yourself up… daily… weekly… monthly, etc…
Eating right and exercising on a consistent basis is a great way to start. And you can start no matter where you are in life, it’s never to late to start. We are all coming up on the new year 2019 and when it hits there will be people running to a gym signing up to loose weight or to get in shape or back in shape.
And that’s ok if that’s you.
Make sure you have goals, and set you goals , then achieve them!!!
Set your self up for success. Take small steps everyday that keeps you getting better each day. When you make progress even at a slow pace accept it.
Be proud of yourself that you did it.
So I will leave you with this,
Small steps can lead you to a full sprint, or even a marathon.
