It’s that time of the year when our personal schedules start filling up rapidly with social events and responsibilities. We have enough on our plates already with family and work commitments, but now we have the holidays to add stress to our lives. It’s so easy to let these extracurricular activities bog us down and take up all of our free time. However, we cannot let these times interfere with our health. We must remain mentally strong and focused on our lives so our excuses do not keep rolling and rolling into a massive snowball. There is not an offseason in the sport of fitness.
