Squat Therapy and Mobility

MetCon / Work

Level 3

30mins to complete the following:

Back Squat – Find a 1RM

Then complete 5 rds of:

6- Back Squats @ 50%

6- Box Jumps 24/30in

90sec- Rest

Level 2

30mins to complete the following:

Back Squat – Find a 3RM

Then complete 5 rds of:

6- Front Squats @ 50% of 3RM BS

6- Box Jumps 20/24in

90sec- Rest

Level 1

30mins to complete the following:

Front Squat – Find a 3RM

Then complete 5 rds of:

6- Single Leg Squat to Box (each leg)

6- Box Jumps 18/20in

90sec- Rest
