What is Your Why? : Coach Rick

We all know Coach Rick may be a man of few words but he will always be there for you to cheer you on to do better.  He will always be there to tell you to get up and walk a 200 meter when you’ve finished your WOD (even pick you up off the ground 😉 ).  Here is what Coach Rick told us why he coaches CrossFit:


“I personally enjoy coaching because it’s an easier way for me to connect to people, which I don’t normally do well.  I also love to see athletes get that ‘Aha’ moment after struggling with something that I help them out with.  It’s the little things like that, is probably the primary reason why I coach CrossFit.”
