What is Your Why? : Coach Kaz
I have been doing CrossFit, off and on, for a little more than five years. There have been many, ups and downs, injury, and excuses. Through these five years CrossFit has become more than working out to me. It has become so much a part of me that I would not know what to do without it. Coaching CrossFit gives me the opportunity to help others in their journey. I get to meet many people from every aspect of life. I can see people progress and encourage them to keep going during those plateaus. I get to help people find their own path to fitness and strength. That is why I coach CrossFit.
