Overhead Squat

2 Sn Push Press+2 OHS

2 sec pause in bottom of OHS

3 sets, every 90 sec

Increase each set if possible

Strength Work 

Pause Hip Snatch

  • 5×2, every 90 sec

  • Dip to power position, pause for 2 sec, then GO!
