Strength Work

Following WOD:

  • Then 3 attempts at a 1 rm strict press

  • First official attempt 6 min after WOD, at the 20 min mark.

  • 2nd attempt 2 min later, at 22 min mark

  • Final attempt 2 min later, at 24 min mark.
