Skill Work:

GHD Static Hold (20 sec face up and 20 sec face down)

3×10 GHD Sit-up

3×10 GHD Hip Ext

 

Strength Work:

Touch and Go Squat Clean

5×3 (Rest 2 min between sets)

 

Crossfit WOD:

EOMOM for 16 mins:

  • 1- Legless Rope Climb
  • 10- Back Squats 125/205
