Skill Work

Squat Therapy:

  • Wall facing squats (with band around knees)
  • Hip bridge with leg curl on Med Ball

Strength Work

Back Squat:

  • 2 Waves of 7-5-3 with 3 second tempo (2 min rest)

MetCon:

5 Min AMRAP of:

  • 5- Sandbag Get-ups 20/40
  • 10- Sandbag Squats 20/40
