  • 3 x 5, with a 3 second tempo down

Strength Work

Shoulder Press

  • 5 x 6, with a 2 second tempo down (1:30 rest, between sets)

MetCon 

3:00 AMRAP of “Cindy” x 2:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

And then:
