Skill of the Day 

Muscle Snatch+Drop Snatch

  • 3 repititions EMOM for 5 minutes

Strength 

Deadlift + RDL

  • 5 X 1 @ 70%

Rest 2 minutes between sets

CrossFit WOD

Alternating Tabata of:

  • Pull-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Ring Dips
