Endurance Workout of the Day 1.7.15

CFE Running

Speed

  • M – 10 X 200 meters
  • H – 6 X 200 meters
  • S – 4 X 200 meters

These are done at max effort

CFE 3 Sport

  • A. Swim – 15 minutes non-stop
  • B. Bike – Sprint 5 miles/4 miles/2 miles/1 miles
  • Rest 1:1

Ensure you rest at least 3+ hours between A&B
