CFE Running

Speed 

  • M – 2X800 meters 4X400 meters
  • H – 1X800 meters  3X400 meters
  • S – 2X400 meters 2X200 meters

These are done at max effort

CFE 3 Sport

A. Swim – 4 rounds

  • 200 meters
  • 30 seconds tread water

B. Bike – 10X2 miles sprints

Ensure that you rest 3+ hours between A&B
