  • B. Bike 5X3 mile (Rest @ 70% 1:1)

Ensure that you rest 3+ hours between A & B

Speed

  • M – 8 X 200 meters / 1 X 800 meters
  • H – 6 X 200 meters / 1 X 800 meters
  • S – 4 X 200 meters / 1 X 800 meters 

Rest 20 seconds between efforts
