3 Sport- 

  1. Swim- 4 rounds: 200m, 30 sec tread water
  2. Bike- 10×2 miles, sprints

Ensure you rest 3+hrs between A&B 

Running-

Speed/Interval Day

M- 2x800m 4x400m

H- 1x800m 3x400m

S- 2x400m 2x200m

These are done at Max Effort

Rest= Walk 200m Between Efforts
