Technique:

5 round AMRAP of:

  • 30sec- Double Unders
  • 30sec- Rest

Strength:

5 Rounds Every 3 Minutes on the Minute

  • 6- Back Squats @ 75%

WOD:

10 Rounds for Time of:

  • 5- Pull-ups
  • 10- Push-ups
  • 15- Air Squats
