Every 3 mins perform the following:

  • 10- Overhead Squats 65/95
  • 10- Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups

Increase by 2 reps each 3rd min until work can not be finished

min 1-3= 10

min 3-6= 12

min 6-9= 14
