Technique:

  • Push Jerk or 10min EMOM 1 Clean + 2 Push Jerks

WOD: 

3 rounds for max reps 1min each of:

  • Row for Cals
  • Sumo-Deadlift High Pull 55/75
  • Wall Balls 14/20 @ 10ft TGT
  • Push Press 55/75
  • Rest

Cash out- 2min Max Rep Strict Pull-ups
