  • BS 3 X 5 @ 75% of BS

WOD: 

  • 15 AMRAP of:
    • 6-KB ground 2 overhead each arm 35/53
    • 8-4 count mountain climbers (ex. 1,2,3,1/1,2,3,2/1,2,3,3/1,2,3,4/etc)
