New Athletes

NEW ATHLETES!!!

It is important that each athlete has a solid grasp on the basic CrossFit fundamental movements before jumping into a “WOD” (Workout of the Day). To ensure each new athlete’s personal success it is mandatory that they complete a 3 session “Foundations” class (by rata). During these 3 sessions the focus will be on proper movement and terminology associated with the CrossFit program. The nine fundamental movements are…

  1. Air Squat
  2. Front Squat
  3. Overhead Squat
  4. Shoulder Press
  5. Push Press
  6. Push Jerk
  7. Deadlift
  8. Sumo-Deadlift High Pull
  9. Medicine Ball Clean

Foundations Classes are offered every week!!!

Monday at 630am and 630pm (Squat Series)

Wednesday at 630am and 630pm (Press Series)

Friday at 630am and 630pm (Deadlift Series)
