Three rounds of:
1min-Wall-ball#14/#20 10 ft target (Reps),
1min-Sumo deadlift high-pull #45/#75 (Reps),
1min-Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps),
1min-Push-press #45/#75 (Reps),
1min-Row (Calories).

1 minute rest in between rounds.

Post WOD:
