WOD:

3 rounds for time:

5 -KB Swings

3-KB Snatches

1 -Turkish Get-up

You will complete the exercise on one side before moving to the next side. Ex. 5-3-1 on left then move to 5-3-1 on right to complete one round.

Post WOD:

Stretch and Mobilize!
