Pre-WOD:

Workout A

Burpees

Box Jumps 24/20

KB Swings 53/35

400 M Run

Workout B

Pull-Ups

Deadlifts 185/135

Push Press 75/55

400 M Run

Partners:

One team member completes 21 of each exercise from Workout A while the other partner completes 21 of each exercise from Workout B. You will run the 400 meters together then swap and do 21 of the alternate workout (you do what your partner just did). Then run 400 meters and move down to 15 reps of each exercise.. then 9. If confused.. I’ll clear it up in the morning 🙂
