Pre-WOD:

Warm-up/Stretch

3 sets- 10 Wall Facing Squats to Med Ball

WOD:

The Choices..

1.) “Gwen”

Clean and Jerk 15-12-9 reps

Touch and Go at the floor only!!!

No resets!!!No dumping!!!No Bad Form!!!(these are fouls)

Use the same weight for each set and rest as needed..

Every Foul = 10 Burpees!!!

Post Loads and Be Honest!!!

2.) Deadlift and Push-Press 15-12-9 reps

Same rules apply!! Must not put down the bar, sacrifice technique or break stride between reps!!
