Technique:

The Jerk

Footwork/Landing

For Quality:

BN Push Jerk- 5

BN Split Jerk- 5

Push Jerk- 10

Split Jerk- 10

(Rest as needed)

WOD:

With Increasing weight and a continuously running clock.

1- Jerk every min on the min for 15mins

Post WOD:

Trainer led

Stretch and Mobilize!
